For those who can’t wait to unleash their new horrors, we offer expedited shipping through trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your terrifying treasures will arrive within 10-15 business days after shipping.

Free Shipping

For orders over ÂŁ50, we offer complimentary shipping via EMS. While this method takes slightly longer, your patience will be rewarded with savings. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipping.

International Note: We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas where our horrors might get lost in the mist.

When Terror Doesn’t Quite Fit

Even the most carefully selected nightmare might not be the perfect addition to your collection. Fear not—we’ve crafted a returns policy that’s as straightforward as a ghost’s path through a misty graveyard.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. The product must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact, as if reversing a haunting.

Items That Cannot Return From the Dead

Due to their terrifying nature, some products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Bath & Body Works – Halloween products (opened or used)
  • Any opened or used silicone masks from our Accessories collection
  • Used Body Parts props
  • Electrically damaged Animated Halloween Props
  • Opened Candles & Candlesticks

Attempts to return these forbidden items will result in them being sent back to you at your expense.

The Return Ritual: Step-by-Step

Step 1: Contact Our Support Coven

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our support team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Never send anything back without this number—it might get lost in the void!

Step 3: Package Your Items Securely

Pack the items in their original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and seal the box as tightly as a vampire’s coffin. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the Return Authorization Number inside the package.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process
