Monster Patch DNA Pressure Sensitive Contact Adhesive is water based and works on LATEX and most foam & fabric.

It can be applied by airbrush or brush. It is a pressure sensitive contact adhesive.

When gluing fabric to foam or latex, it is recommended to do 2 thin coats, letting each coat dry before adding the second coat. After both sides are dry, you should apply gentle pressure to the top side when bonding the two sides. If you get a wrinkle or need to reline you will be able to separate without damaging ether surface. Once aligned properly, apply heavy pressure from top and bottom and you will have a permanent bond.
