Tom Taylor, the founder of Blood Line Designs is an independent mask sculptor and artist based in the US. He has been a mask collector for nearly two decades and has gradually learned and perfected the process of mask making, sculpting each creature in clay himself, moulding and hand painting each one. The top hat is made of latex and is lined with burlap for extra strength. It has foam strips at the front and back to allow a fit for most every head size. You can see various body parts including a nose and ear and each piece of ‘skin’ has been stitched together with rough string or wire.
