Do you only sell Halloween items?
Absolutely not! While Halloween is our specialty, we offer year-round horror including Christmas decorations, homeware, and collectibles. The terror never stops at Other Sale Store!
Are your products suitable for professional haunted attractions?
Yes! We offer professional-grade animated props and high-quality costumes designed to withstand repeated use in haunted attractions and professional settings.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options to bring nightmares to your doorstep:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx ($12.95)
- Free Shipping: 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS (orders over $50)
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship horror globally with a few exceptions. Unfortunately, we cannot currently deliver to some Asian countries and select remote locations. Contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your area.
How are my horror items packaged?
Every terrifying treasure is carefully packed at our haunted warehouse in Plymouth with macabre care. We ensure each item maintains its terrifying integrity during transit, from fragile body parts to animated props.
Can I track my nightmare delivery?
Yes! Both shipping options include full tracking so you can monitor your horrors’ journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if any item fails to meet your terrifying expectations. While we’re confident our professional-grade horror will satisfy, we understand that sometimes even nightmares need adjusting.
How do I return an item?

What if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully inspect and package all items, but if your horror arrives in less-than-terrifying condition, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll make it right.

You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. For additional assistance, our customer service team can help track your nightmares.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to stop the horror from shipping.
